Ingredients
1 and a half glasses of cooking oil
200 g of melted butter
1 glass of milk
3 tablespoons of yogurt
Half a glass of sugar
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 kg of flour
300 g of walnuts
1 kg of sugar per serving

1 kg of sugar
800 milliliters of water

Instructions

Put the flour, butter, milk, yogurt, and sugar in a pan and beat them hard until the sugar melts.

Mix the flour with the soda and add it gradually, stirring it until it becomes a soft dough.

If the dough becomes watery, add flour. At the end, add the nuts and mix.

We cut it as shown in the picture. Turn on the oven and bake for 50 minutes at 150 degrees.

Add 800 milliliters of water and cinnamon to 1 kg of sugar and make the sugared like in baklava.

After the concoction has cooled, pour in the hot serving. Cover it with a tray until it is ready to serve.
