Instructions
Put 8 spoons of sugar in a saucepan and melt it, caramelize it, and pour it into the shapes we want to use.
In a container, put 2 eggs and 2 egg yolks, 4 tablespoons of sugar, and mix them with a fork. Add vanilla and milk.
Pour this mixture into the molds where we have the caramel, place them in a pan, add water (this is called the Mari bath), and put them in the oven at a temperature of 220 degrees for 45 minutes.
Remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Carefully turn them upside down on the plate.
