Prepare the dough: Put the oil, egg, and milk in a bowl. Add flour little by little while working the dough. The dough should be like pie dough. We cover it and leave it for 2 hours.
Prepare the cream: We can also measure with a glass of water; just measure both with the same glass. Let the milk warm up, add the sugar, and when it warms up, add the flour and mix it continuously until it thickens. Remove it, add the butter and orange peel, let it cool for 10 minutes, and then add the eggs, mixing very quickly.
We take the dough and open the noodles. I opened them two at a time; you can also open them like baklavas because you need a lot of money. We place the noodles below; you need two more below than above (for example, if we put six on the bottom, four on the top). Brush the noodles one by one with butter, pour the cream over the other noodles from above, cut them, brush them with butter on top, and bake them at 170 degrees for about 40 minutes.
