Marinated turkey, a traditional holiday recipe
Marinated turkey

Ingredients
1 turkey
200 ml of olive oil
1 sprig of rosemary
very little oregano
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 squeezed lemon
1 sprig of celery
4-5 bay leaves
2-3 sprigs of parsley salt
Instructions

We mix all the ingredients together; we don’t chop the celery, rosemary, and bay leaf; we throw them in as they are and leave it overnight for the oil to take on the aroma of all the spices.

After one night has passed, remove the celery, rosemary sprig, parsley, and bay leaf from the oil.

Place the turkey in a kitchen bag, add the purified oil, and leave it again overnight in the refrigerator so that the meat is flavored with the composition. Bake it in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 1 hour.
