Homemade meatballs are recommended for lunch or an evening with friends. You can accompany this cooking recipe with different salads or appetizers.
Homemade Meatballs

Ingredients
1 kg of minced beef,
1 onion,
3 cloves of garlic,
oregano,
black pepper,
4 slices of bread for toast and salt
Instructions

Take the meat and put it in a bowl. Add the onion and garlic that have been blended with a blender, then add the oregano, pepper, salt, and bread after moistening it with water and squeezing it well.

Mix it all well. Take it from one part and give it the shape of a round or long as in the photo. And so on.

You can fry them in a pan with oil or on a grill because they become much better on a baked grill.
